INTERMITTENT CUSTODIAL SERVICE QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum:

Must have a high school diploma or GED. Moderate physical strength. Ability to lift up to 65 pounds. Must be prompt, neat, thorough, honest and flexible. Have knowledge of custodial responsibilities, including the use of cleaning supplies and equipment. Must have a valid Ohio driver's license and a fully insured, personal vehicle for agency use. Must have a good driving record. Must demonstrate continuous satisfactory job performance. Must have a record of reliable work attendance. Must be able to meet all requirements and obtain all certificates required to perform the job or any aspect of the job, and to access funding for performance of any aspect of the job.

Preferred:

Custodial experience or experience in related areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform various cleaning duties. Provide thorough cleaning and servicing of rest rooms, offices, meeting rooms, lounges, etc. Perform various outdoor tasks including weeding, trimming, snow removal, painting, etc. Able to drive to various sites. Open/close agency buildings.

NORMAL WORKING HOURS

Flexible and on-call as needed.
