Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation for the Airbnb properties we service. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services while ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Manage housekeeping tasks in commercial and/ or residential properties to ensure guest satisfaction. Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to promote hygiene and safety. Carry out custodial duties in commercial spaces, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained. Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Skills Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices. Experience in hotel or residential cleaning environments is preferred. Ability to sanitize surfaces effectively to maintain health standards. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and time management.
