Janitorial Trainer Needed Multiple Locations in Findlay, OH

Job Description We are seeking a reliable and motivated Janitorial Trainer to support and train cleaning staff at three locations in Findlay, OH .

Requirements:

Must be flexible and available to work 1st and 2nd shift as needed. Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is required. Lead, supervisory, or training experience is preferred. Must have reliable transportation, as travel between locations in Findlay is required. Strong communication and coaching skills. Ability to train employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards. Occasional weekend training may be required; however, weekend work is minimal.

Responsibilities:

Train new and existing employees on proper cleaning techniques and company procedures. Conduct quality inspections and provide feedback to team members. Assist with staffing coverage and hands-on cleaning when needed. Ensure all locations meet company and client expectations for cleanliness and safety. Support management with employee development and performance improvement Findlay, OH (3 Locations)

Schedule:

Flexible 1st and 2nd Shift Availability Required Essential Job Functions Assures that all safety policies and safe working practices are followed including SDS book. Clean and sanitize, according to scope of work, following established practices and procedures. Sweep, mop, or vacuum the floors. Gather and empty trash including waste baskets and trash containers. Use and maintain assigned power equipment or hand tools of a buffer, auto scrubber, extractor, high pressure washer. Lock and unlock assigned buildings; secure buildings when facilities are not in use ensuring no unlocked windows or doors. Other duties and cleaning as needed.
