Job Overview We are seeking a reliable Part Time General Office Cleaner to maintain a clean and welcoming environment within our office facilities. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for cleanliness and experience in various cleaning disciplines. The position offers flexible hours and an opportunity to contribute to a professional and hygienic workspace. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively Conduct light custodial duties such as changing light bulbs or minor repairs if necessary Follow established safety procedures and protocols during all cleaning activities Ensure all areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness throughout the work shift Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing Familiarity with commercial cleaning supplies and equipment Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks when required Experience with facilities maintenance or porter duties is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around the workspace efficiently This position offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to apply their cleaning expertise in a professional setting while maintaining flexible part-time hours.
