The custodian will maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment in order to comply with all program standards.QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent. Six (6) months custodial experience preferred. Valid driver's license and able to be insured for vehicle operation under the current Insurance Plan preferred. Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds repeatedly for periods of at least 30 minutes, several times a day and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend and twist throughout a work day. Ability to walk up and down several flights of stairs multiple times a day while carrying heavy objects. Ability to perform basic mathematical functions plus count and sort items consistently and accurately. Ability to operate janitorial equipment. Willingness/ability to work as a team member and assist with other building needs such as, but not limited to snow removal and cleaning parking lot. Good organizational skills.
