Lebanon, OH Cleaner Requirements/Qualifications Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required. Composite-toe shoes required. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Willingness to work between two assigned facilities as needed. Ability to perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive cleaning duties throughout the shift. Ability to safely use cleaning supplies and equipment. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Dependable attendance and punctuality required. Ability to follow workplace attendance and safety policies. Positive attitude and willingness to complete assigned tasks. About the Cleaner Role As a Cleaner, your responsibilities will include: Clean and maintain assigned areas within a warehouse facility. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain clean and safe workspaces. Clean and maintain carpets and hard-surface flooring. Dust furniture, fixtures, ventilation areas, lights, and blinds. Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed. Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas. Clean windows and other designated surfaces. Maintain cleanliness throughout assigned work areas. Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively. Follow established sanitation and workplace safety procedures. Assist with cleaning responsibilities at multiple assigned facilities as needed. Complete additional cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned by supervisors.
