In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of passenger cabins and common areas. Your efforts directly contribute to guest satisfaction and uphold our high standards of hygiene and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment where your skills make a real difference every day. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of cabins, including floors, surfaces, windows, and upholstery using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques. Handle chemical agents safely by following safety data sheets (SDS) guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure a secure environment. Vacuum carpets and sanitize bathroom facilities to meet sanitation standards. Manage heavy lifting tasks when moving furniture or cleaning equipment, ensuring proper manual handling techniques are followed. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lounges, and service stations to uphold overall hotel hygiene standards. Respond promptly to guest requests related to cabin cleanliness or amenities, providing excellent customer service with a friendly attitude. Follow hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure the safety of yourself, colleagues, and guests at all times. Requirements Must be 21 years of age, have reliable transportation Must have a clean background and pass drug test Experience is a plus but not required, we will train you!
