Job Summary Are you a dependable, hands-on leader who enjoys working with people? Cummins Facility Services is looking for an Area Manager to oversee cleaning teams at multiple job sites and help ensure our customers receive quality service. We're looking for someone who is organized, communicates well, and leads by example. If you enjoy supporting employees, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do Supervise, schedule, train, and coach cleaning employees. Visit job sites regularly to inspect cleaning quality and ensure company standards are met. Communicate with customers and address concerns to maintain customer satisfaction. Order cleaning supplies and perform minor equipment maintenance as needed. Monitor labor costs, supplies, and employee timekeeping to help keep accounts on budget. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and new employee orientations. Perform cleaning and sanitizing duties as needed, including operating floor care equipment. Ensure employees follow company safety policies and procedures. Secure assigned buildings and maintain building keys. Provide weekly updates to management and customers as required. What We're Looking For Strong leadership and communication skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependability and the ability to manage multiple job sites. A positive attitude and willingness to lead by example. The ability to coach employees, solve problems, and maintain positive customer relationships.
