  • 2/3 pm) — other days of the week may be available as well. About the Role We're looking for detail-oriented and flexible individuals to join our team as short-term rental cleaners. This is a W-2 employee position, not a contractor role, so you'll be part of our team with stable and clear expectations. Hours are approximately 15 per week based on your availability.   • Clean and prepare short-term rental properties according to our checklist and standards.
  • Participate in assisted cleanings at the start to learn our processes.
  • Communicate effectively and be open to feedback. Requirements

Experience Prior cleaning experience is not strictly required. We welcome individuals eager to learn the specific nuances of short-term rental cleaning. Whether it's a quick tidy-up or a more in-depth clean, we'll train you thoroughly. Key qualities include a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to apply feedback.   • Weekly pay every Friday
