• POSITION 1: Saturdays and Sundays 10am
• 4pm 12 hours / week

POSITION 2

Sundays 10am

• 4 pm 6 hours / week

POSITION 3

Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays (bonus if you are able to flex these days based on business demands) [varies] 10am

• 3pm minimum 12 hours / week

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to pass a background check Good Driving Record (if you opt to utilize the company vehicle), OR reliable form of your OWN transportation if you want to utilize your own vehicle Positive attitude & ability to learn, grow and communicate No cleaning experience is necessary

COMPENSATION

$20 / hour as a W-2 employee Guaranteed hours with the opportunity to pick up additional hours Paid training Weekly Pay (you get paid the Friday after your first training!) Opportunities for bonuses / raises (based on performance, reliability, and ability to adapt, change, learn and grow)

RESPONSIBILITIES

include, but are not limited to … Washing, folding and organizing linens at our centralized operations center Prepping for upcoming cleans and unloading from completed cleans (restocking, loading and unloading) Light, medium and deep cleans at short and long term rentals as well as real estate listings (including floors, kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, dusting, windows, baseboards etc.) Heavy lifting, bending, and prolonged standing is required We provide all of the tools and products

TRAINING PROCESS

We start with a first day on the job breakfast out and approximately 5 assisted cleans which include review of the SOPs, guidelines and expectations. After which we give our team independence and periodically perform quality assurance checks to ensure expectations are met, as well as periodic reports for the entire team on our performance as a whole.
