In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks that ensure our spaces are hygienic, organized, and well-maintained. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, offices, restrooms, hallways, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to keep surfaces spotless and well-maintained Handle industrial cleaning tasks including trash removal, window washing, and deep cleaning projects as needed Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, break rooms, and sanitation stations to promote health standards Assist with light maintenance duties such as replacing light bulbs or minor repairs to ensure facilities are fully operational Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries Keep detailed records of completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Skills Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work within commercial or residential settings Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and floor care methods including buffing and polishing Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners efficiently Familiarity with industrial cleaning processes and facilities maintenance practices Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving supplies throughout shifts Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly Join us in creating clean, safe environments where everyone can thrive!
