What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

This position works 7.5 hours per day. Starting pay is 17.13 per hour. The Board pays 90% of the Health premium, 95% of the Dental premium, and 60% of the Vision premium.
