EVS Porter - Full Time - 1st Shift

As an EVS Porter , you will protect public health and the environment by operating and maintaining services such as waste management, water, wastewater, and environmental compliance in a safe, efficient, and regulatory-compliant manner. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service. Maintain the highest standards to ensure the detail quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other required areas Operate various professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment Contain and clean biohazardous materials Replenish supplies when necessary

Requirements:

Performs other job-related duties as requested Proof of eligibility to work in the United States Education High School Diploma or GED Required Additional Requirements Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays Required Experience with professional cleaning equipment Preferred Knowledge of various floor surfaces and the processes Preferred Experience in a similar five-star/five-diamond resort environment Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to work safely, including understanding and following company safety policies and procedures, completing work in a safe manner, caring about safety of self and others, responding appropriately in an emergency, and reporting unsafe conditions; this also includes being aware of unsafe conditions such as spills, wet areas, debris, and addressing quickly and efficiently Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms Effective listening abilities Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
