Janitor / Store Maintenance Associate

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who takes pride in keeping our store clean, organized, and inviting. The ideal candidate has a strong desire to clean, pays attention to detail, and understands that a well-maintained store creates a better experience for our customers and team members.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the store.

Clean and sanitize restrooms once a day.

Sweep, mop, and maintain sales floor areas to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping environment.

Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.

Clean break rooms, entrances, windows, and other common areas as assigned.

Assist with keeping stockrooms and work areas neat and organized.

Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns to management.

Qualifications

Must have a strong desire to clean and keep areas tidy and organized.

Comfortable cleaning bathrooms and performing routine sanitation tasks.

Ability to sweep, mop, and maintain large sales floor areas.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.

Passion for helping create an exceptional shopping experience through store presentation.
