Provides supervision to individuals with DD at multiple Janitorial contract locations. Provides assistance, training and supervision for individuals with developmental disabilities assigned to contracts at multiple Janitorial contract locations. Ensures all assigned work at the rest areas and other locations are completed in a satisfactory manner. Utilizes a flexible work schedule to meet consumer wants and/or needs in a variety of environments to expand opportunity for consumers' personal growth. Maintains legible and accurate documentation in order to monitor effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery. Completes report forms as appropriate to satisfy record keeping regulations for various entities. Completes and maintains appropriate records so as to monitor consumer progress/activities. Participates in the Individual Plan(s) process as directed by Supervisor. Maintains awareness of the safety of the consumer, co-works and self. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to provide transportation in emergency situations. Performs miscellaneous duties to assist in maintaining services under all conditions. Reports unusual, dangerous, or otherwise significant events concerning the consumer and takes appropriate action. Continually accumulates information which enables better job understanding and performance. Attends staff meetings to stay abreast of current activities in the organization and the field of developmental disabilities. Participates in in-service training sessions which provide up to do and/or advanced performance techniques and information for personnel. Interacts both formally and informally with co-workers in a steady exchange of useful information and effective techniques. Plays a visible role in the organization's public relations effort through substantial contact with consumers, their families and the general public. Carries out responsibilities in a manner that is acceptable to the public. Develops positive relationships with consumers and, when applicable, their families. Improves the image of the organization while promoting the profession of providing supports for people with developmental disabilities. High School Diploma or GED required and 6 months similar work experience Valid driver's license with 5 or fewer points and continuous auto insurance are required Background check and drug test required Ongoing provider training as outlined in rule

Full-time $15.00 - $16.00 based on experience plus .50 cents after 90 days. All full-time staff qualify for year-end bonuses. 1st shift - 7:00am-3:00pm (approximate) 2nd shift - 3:30pm-11:30pm This position will include nights and weekends.
