Overview Join our dynamic cleaning team as a Cleaning Crew Member at the brand new Hocking Hills Treehouse Resort and be a vital part of maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will bring energy and attention to detail to ensure all spaces are spotless and well-organized. Your proactive approach will help create a positive experience for everyone who enters our facility. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in facility maintenance while contributing to a clean and healthy environment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other essentials to ensure continuous availability Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures for efficiency and consistency Experience Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thoroughness in all tasks Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around for extended periods Reliable work ethic with punctuality and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role Join us today and help us create clean, safe spaces that leave a lasting positive impression!
