A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Based on Experience Our team members enjoy: Free buffet/salad bar lunches DHG Discounts - merchandise/lodging/shows for staff Most Sundays off Annual vacation bonus Wooden Nickels On-the-job training Flexible schedules Scholarship program What you'll be doing Provide guests with information about bakery/gift shop/local attractions You'll quickly return items forgotten by guests before they leave You'll be aware of guests in need and assist them or notify their server Clean tables quickly without splashing food/liquids or make excessive noise Place dishes/glasses/silverware in tubs carefully to prevent damage and help the dishwasher Clean up spills as needed Make sure the dining room floor is clear of debris and clutter Make sure that cars are clean and well maintained Provide service to staff members in other areas of the restaurant Skills you'll bring along Great communication skills Read and understand directions Stand and walk for long periods of time Lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. Stoop, kneel and crouch
