• Clean and Sanitize Restrooms, common areas, countertops and kitchens
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and dust mop floors
• Gather and empty trash, replace liners as directed
• Wash furniture, walls and equipment
• Wash windows and blinds
• Clean ceiling vents and fixtures if assigned
• Gather and dispose of recycle materials if directed
• Use and maintain power equipment
• Lock and Unlock assigned building. Secure building when inside
• Follow directions as assigned by manager
• Other cleaning duties as required Job Requirements
• Smiling happy disposition, greet all customers and visitors of customer sites in friendly manner
• An understanding of the need for a clean and safe work environment for customer sites
• Regularly walk, stand, use hands, fingers, and reach with arms over head
• Stoop, bend, kneel and reach
• Must regularly lift ten pounds but no more than 50 pounds, asking for assistance when lifting any heavy objects
