Janitor/Maintenance We are currently seeking mechanically inclined candidates for our client in Uniontown, OH! Hours Monday-Friday, 6:00am-4:30pm, 8-hour shifts. The client can be flexible with start and end times. Candidates will be required to work one Saturday per month, 6:00am-11:00am. Pay $20.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience. Key Responsibilities

• General shop upkeep and maintenance
• Change belts, filters, bearings, etc., on machinery
• Clean machinery and work area
• Change light bulbs and perform other light fixtures repairs
• Repair doors, walls, and other building components
• Clear snow and debris from sidewalks and walkways
• Perform janitorial and light maintenance duties as assigned Minimum Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills Nice to Have Skills
• Basic mechanical skills
• Experience with light electrical or plumbing work Preferred Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior maintenance or janitorial experience Other Requirements
