Job Description
This position will perform a variety of tasks related to cleaning and maintaining all food production equipment. Surrounding areas will include the Production Floor, Packing Room, Oven Room, Warehouse, and Gift Production areas.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve daily Sanitation goals
Maintain all equipment used by the Sanitation department.
Work the last line of defense to eliminate all potential disease and illness from the production equipment, production areas, and other surrounding areas.
Follow all safety procedures, report all safety issues to immediate supervisor, use safety gear as required.
Disassemble, Clean, and reassemble machinery.
Maintain reasonable and reliable attendance.
Other duties as assigned.
SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS
8:00pm- 4:30am, alternating 7 day schedule. Your scheduled days will include Saturday or Sunday. You will not work both days.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Education/ Experience:
Prefer at least 1-year previous sanitation experience in a factory environment
QUALIFICATIONS
Self- motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
Team oriented
Able to work independently or with others
Strong time management skills
Previous experience in sanitation helpful but not required
Mechanical aptitude
