A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Automotive Lot Porter, hiring immediately. Full and Part Time positions available This position is to contribute to the success of BMW of Westlake by assisting clients and team members in the receipt, parking, cleaning, displaying, delivering, and returning of vehicles in a safe and timely manner, while upholding the highest levels of professional courtesy, safe driving standards, and integrity. These are hourly paid positions. No experience necessary. Applicants must have a clean, valid driver's license to earn the position. Candidates are required to be able to drive vehicles with a manual transmission, and lift 50 + lbs. The service porter must arrive to work on time.
