Airbnb Cleaning Technician (Experienced Cleaners Wanted) We're hiring 5 detail-oriented, dependable cleaners! 2BCleaned LLC is seeking experienced and motivated cleaning professionals to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality cleaning services to Airbnb properties throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Tri-State area.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize Airbnb properties to company standards Treat laundry and stains with care and attention Follow checklists and complete tasks thoroughly and efficiently Arrive on time and ready to work for each scheduled clean Respond professionally to inspection feedback Maintain a safe, guest-ready, and welcoming environment

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience (Airbnb, residential, hotel, etc.) Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to work independently and manage time effectively A positive attitude and professional demeanor Reliable transportation and availability on weekends preferred If you take pride in your work and are ready to join a team that values quality, consistency, and excellence — we want to hear from you! Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Manage housekeeping tasks to ensure guest satisfaction and a 5 star review. Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to promote hygiene and safety. As well as launder linens and appropriately stained treat. Keeping all maids closets organized. Complete cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Skills Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices. Experience in cleaning environments is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
