Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor/Maintenance professional to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, safe, and functional environment in a commercial setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities maintenance, industrial cleaning, and custodial tasks, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing surfaces. Carry out industrial cleaning duties to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and office spaces. Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or custodial services preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
