Job Overview Our property management company is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented person to clean and maintain the common areas of our apartment complexes.

JOB DUTIES

Clean and maintain apartment building hallways Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Clean stairways, entryways, and common areas Clean laundry rooms and other shared areas Empty trash and replace liners Dust and wipe down doors, handrails, windowsills, and other surfaces Remove cobwebs and debris Keep entrances and common areas neat and presentable Report maintenance problems, damage, leaks, or safety concerns to management Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Other light cleaning duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be dependable and punctual Must take pride in your work Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required Must be able to work independently Must be able to bend, stand, walk, climb stairs, and perform physical cleaning duties Reliable transportation is preferred if traveling between properties is required Must be respectful and professional when interacting with residents

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour
