A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Lot Porter, where you'll be the friendly face and efficient organizer of our dealership's outdoor vehicle lot. Your energetic approach will ensure the smooth movement, organization, and presentation of vehicles, creating a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike. This vital role combines outdoor work, customer service, and automotive knowledge to keep our lot running seamlessly. Whether assisting with vehicle arrivals or helping customers find their perfect ride, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will make a positive impact every day. Duties Mowing and weed-eating. General lot maintenance. Light mechanical work(on the job training). Safely move and park vehicles within the dealership lot, including ATVs, UTVs and lawn mowers. Conduct routine outdoor inspections of the lot to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status, lot conditions, and customer needs. Perform heavy lifting when necessary to move tires, accessories, or other automotive supplies safely.

Qualifications Prior experience in dealership operations or automotive service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Ability to operate standard passenger vehicles and manual transmissions confidently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; delivery driver experience is a plus. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions; outdoor work experience is beneficial. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members. Capable of heavy lifting and physical activity throughout the shift. Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
