Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pressure Washer and play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of various outdoor and industrial environments. In this energetic position, you will utilize powerful cleaning equipment to remove dirt, grime, and debris from surfaces, ensuring a pristine and professional appearance. Your expertise in handling heavy duty tools and performing outdoor work will contribute to the overall safety and aesthetic appeal of our facilities. This paid role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in industrial cleaning while working in a fast paced, environment. Duties Operate high pressure water equipment to clean building exteriors, pavements, machinery, and other surfaces efficiently and safely Use ladders safely to access elevated areas for thorough cleaning tasks Perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of equipment, hoses, and debris removal materials. this is includes landscaping, anything exterior. (Gutters, staining, fence repair) Conduct outdoor cleaning projects across various sites, adhering to safety protocols at all times Apply industrial cleaning techniques to maintain large scale facilities and equipment Utilize fire extinguishers when necessary during safety incidents or emergencies Complete detailed logs of completed work, safety checks, and maintenance activities Skills Proficiency in ladder use for reaching high or hard to access areas safely Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures for industrial and commercial environments Experience with manual handling and heavy lifting to manage equipment and debris effectively Skilled in outdoor work environments with the ability to adapt to varying weather conditions Familiarity with pressure hose, fittings surface cleaner machines and techniques for surface finishing Knowledge of fire safety protocols including the use of fire extinguishers Prior experience in industrial or commercial cleaning settings is highly desirable
