At Sooner Clean + Care, we believe a clean home gives our clients more than a tidy space—it gives them time back in their day and one less thing on their plate. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the little things, and understands the importance of providing a consistent, professional experience in every home. What You'll Do As a Cleaning Technician, you'll provide residential cleaning services in our clients' homes, including: Dusting and wiping surfaces Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms Vacuuming and mopping floors Emptying trash Making beds and completing general tidying Following client-specific cleaning instructions Using proper cleaning products and techniques Working independently and alongside other team members Providing consistent, detailed service from one visit to the next Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Dependable and punctual Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently Friendly, professional, and respectful in clients' homes Comfortable working independently Able to follow instructions and our cleaning procedures Comfortable around pets Able to perform the physical requirements of cleaning, including bending, reaching, lifting, and being on your feet for extended periods Someone who takes initiative and doesn't need to be constantly supervised Proud of doing a job right, not just getting it done
