Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial offices, hotels, or other facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry services, and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met. Maintain cleanliness of common areas by organizing supplies and ensuring trash removal and waste disposal are completed efficiently. Assist with janitorial duties including restroom sanitation, kitchen cleaning, and replenishing supplies to uphold health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly attitude. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Support housekeeping management with inventory checks of cleaning supplies and equipment maintenance. Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred. Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is a plus. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor care (including polishing and waxing), and sanitation practices. Knowledge of laundry procedures and handling household or hotel linen is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with strong communication skills.
