We are a locally owned and operated janitorial service provider in the Tulsa area, seeking cleaners in the Claremore area who are available Part-Time (about 10-12hrs/wk) in the evenings during the weekdays.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Dusting and wiping down surfaces
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Wiping windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners
• Refilling soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper when needed
• Following set cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Reporting any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques such as scrubbing, buffing, and polishing is a plus
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions is important
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift some objects if required
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes

This position requires working evenings and may require holidays depending on the needs of the facility.
