Residential Cleaning Technician CMR Cleaning Services - Edmond, Oklahoma CMR Cleaning Services is a family-owned cleaning company serving Edmond and the surrounding area. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technician to join our team. This position involves traveling to clients' homes and providing high-quality recurring and one-time residential cleaning services. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can work efficiently as part of a team, and understands the importance of providing a consistent experience for every customer. Responsibilities Perform routine residential cleaning according to company standards and checklists Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Dust furniture, surfaces, baseboards, and other areas as required Vacuum carpets and rugs Sweep and mop hard-surface flooring Clean mirrors and interior glass Empty trash and replace liners Make beds and perform other light household cleaning tasks when included in the service Properly use and care for company cleaning supplies and equipment Complete assigned homes efficiently while maintaining quality standards Communicate professionally with customers and other team members Report damages, maintenance concerns, or customer requests to management What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Positive and professional attitude Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day Able to bend, kneel, reach, and remain on your feet for extended periods Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Cleaning experience is helpful but not required — training will be provided What We Offer Consistent daytime work No late-night shifts Paid training Opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement Supportive, family-owned work environment Opportunity to earn more as you gain experience and demonstrate reliability We're looking for someone interested in becoming a dependable part of our team—not simply picking up occasional cleaning work.
