Technician Role Overview:
- Cleaning of interior and exterior residential and commercial windows using industry standard techniques and equipment.
- Cleaning and scrubbing tracks.
- Cleaning screens.
- Power washing brick, siding, and concrete.
- Gutter cleaning.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Technicians manage tasks like cleaning rags for their van at the end of the week.
- They bring cleaned rags back and put them in the van first thing Monday morning.
- Technicians arrive early on Mondays to clean the van before the team meeting.
- These responsibilities encompass housekeeping and contributing to the company's growth.
