Store Maintenance Personnel Littlefield Express Job Summary Store Maintenance Personnel help keep the store clean, safe, and in good working order. This role supports the whole team by taking care of cleaning tasks, small repairs, and daily upkeep inside and outside the store. You should enjoy handson work, staying organized, and helping create a clean and welcoming place for customers. Main Responsibilities CleaningUpkeep Keep the store clean, including floors, restrooms, windows, and trash areas. Sweep, mop, and wipe down surfaces throughout the day. Clean and restock restrooms regularly. Empty trash cans inside the store and around the parking lot. Clean coffee stations, fountain drink areas, and food prep spaces as needed. Keep walkways, entryways, and sidewalks free of debris. Basic RepairsMaintenance Complete small repairs such as fixing loose shelves, replacing light bulbs, or tightening fixtures. Report larger maintenance problems to the Store Manager (plumbing, electrical, equipment issues). Check store equipment (coolers, freezers, pumps, warmers) and report anything not working correctly. Help maintain deli equipment by cleaning and wiping down surfaces when needed. Fuel AreaOutside Grounds Check fuel pumps for cleanliness and wipe down handles and screens. Replace paper towels, windshield fluid, and trash bags at pump stations. Pick up trash around the parking lot and outdoor areas. Clear snow, ice, or hazards from walkways when needed. Make sure outside lights and signs are working and report issues. StockingSupport Help restock supplies such as cleaning products, paper goods, and maintenance tools. Assist with unloading deliveries when needed. Work with team members to complete daily store tasks. Support cashiers and deli staff by helping with cleaning or stocking during busy times. SafetyCompliance Follow all safety rules and use cleaning chemicals properly. Wear protective gear when needed. Keep work areas safe and free of hazards. Report spills, broken items, or unsafe conditions right away. Follow company policies for time, attendance, and store procedures. Qualifications Experience in cleaning, maintenance, or general labor is helpful but not required. Able to use basic tools and follow simple repair instructions. Good communication and teamwork skills. Able to work in a fastpaced environment. Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed. Reliable, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision. Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
