The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various residential/commercial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform detailed and routine cleaning tasks in residential homes as well as commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Conduct thorough dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing of surfaces. Handle waste disposal and recycling according to company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Requirements Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Good physical stamina; must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Must have reliable transportation that is insured.
