We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the little things, and can consistently deliver a clean, fresh, welcoming space for every guest. What You'll Do Thoroughly clean and reset Airbnb properties between guests (two properties) Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Change linens and make beds Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces Restock guest supplies as needed Check for anything that needs attention and report issues promptly Follow cleaning checklists and maintain a high standard of cleanliness Help ensure the property is ready for the next guest What We're Looking For Detail-oriented and takes pride in a job well done Reliable and dependable — showing up on time is essential Organized and able to work efficiently Previous cleaning or Airbnb/short-term rental experience preferred Able to work independently and follow instructions Good communication skills Reliable transportation is required Must have a smartphone and be tech-savvy Comfortable working flexible hours, weekdays and/or weekends Why This Is a Great Opportunity This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling , making it a great side hustle for someone looking to earn extra income or an ideal job for a student, stay-at-home mom, or anyone looking for flexible part-time work .
