WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Cleaners who take real pride in the work. Someone who notices the baseboards, the inside of the microwave, the corner of the shower that didn't get scrubbed last time. Someone who treats a client's home like it matters, because to that client, it does. You don't need years of pro experience. You need attention to detail, reliability, and the willingness to follow our checklist exactly. We will train you on our standards.PAY STRUCTURE
You earn 45 percent of the job total to start. After 30 completed jobs with a 4.9 or higher client rating, you move to 50 percent. Real numbers based on our actual pricing: Standard clean (3 hour job): you earn around 80 dollars Deep Reset (4 to 5 hour job): you earn around 103 to 115 dollars Move-out clean (5 to 6 hour job): you earn around 155 to 180 dollars Weekly pay every Friday via Venmo or Zelle for all jobs completed and verified the prior week (Monday through Sunday). If you need same-day cash flow to make ends meet, this role is not the right fit.WHAT YOU NEED
Reliable transportation to job sites across OKC metro Smartphone for job updates, photos, and communication Willingness to bring your own basic supplies (we will outline what is needed) Background check willingness (we run one before your first solo job) Two professional or personal referencesWHAT WE EXPECT
Show up on time, every time Photograph every room before you start and after you finish Follow the cleaning checklist for the job type Communicate any issues directly to the owner immediately All client communication goes through the owner. Contractors do not text or call clients directly. This last rule is non-negotiable. Violating it is grounds for immediate termination of the working relationship.WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
