Graveyard Shift - Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technician

Apex Hood Cleaning has been around for over 40 years and is growing fast! We are hiring Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning (KEC) Technicians. If you are a self-disciplined night owl wanting a stable, long-term job we offer a 4-week paid training program at a minimum rate of $24/hour, and after 60 days or once you are assigned a truck (whichever comes first) your pay will increase to $25/hour (with future pay increases based on performance and certification). We pay to help you become a certified Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaner and with certification comes a $2/hr raise. APEX is always on the lookout to add competent, driven, and fun individuals to our team. • Paid Weekly Job Description:

• Graveyard Shift:

  Sunday-Thursday from approximately 9 pm to 6 am (start times may vary) including paid drive time.
• Perform a thorough inspection and cleaning of the kitchen exhaust system including the hood, duct-work, and rooftop fans using heated pressure washers, degreasing agents, and hand scraping.

Pre-Hire Requirements:

• Background check
• Drug test
• Possess a current driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs.
