The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. This role is essential in upholding our standards of hygiene and cleanliness, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clients and staff. Responsibilities Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure high hygiene standards. Dispose of waste and recyclables properly while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure thoroughness. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds. Flexibility in working hours, including availability for early mornings or evenings if necessary. This position is primarily Monday through Friday with occasional weekends. I am expecting the hours to be between 10-25 hours a week.
