Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial cleaning services, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces. Perform standard, deep-cleaning, move-out, and recurring cleaning services. Clean and maintain various floor surfaces using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment. Wipe down surfaces, baseboards, doors, fixtures, and other areas as needed. Handle trash and replace liners as part of regular cleaning duties. Replenish cleaning supplies when needed and keep equipment organized. Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards. Communicate professionally with clients and team members. Report any damage, maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or special client requests to management. Work independently or as part of a cleaning team depending on the assignment. Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service. What We're Looking For Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but reliable candidates who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply . Strong attention to detail and pride in your work. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to follow cleaning instructions and company procedures. Professional and respectful communication with clients and coworkers. Comfortable working in different homes, offices, and commercial environments. Ability to safely use common cleaning products and equipment. Ability to meet the physical requirements of cleaning, including standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving throughout the workday.
