Life Is Maid Organic Cleaning & Carpet is hiring a Lead-in-Training to join our professional cleaning team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, communicates well, accepts constructive feedback, and wants a long-term opportunity with room to grow. This is a hands-on cleaning position first. You will learn our cleaning systems and work alongside experienced team members before taking on greater leadership responsibilities. Leadership opportunities are earned by consistently demonstrating dependable attendance, punctuality, communication, teamwork, cleaning quality, efficiency, and accountability. Previous professional cleaning or leadership experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Perform detailed residential and commercial cleaning. Learn and follow company systems, checklists, and quality standards. Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Communicate professionally with clients, teammates, and leadership. Gradually learn team coordination, quality control, and training responsibilities. Properly care for company supplies and equipment. Schedule and Hours This position begins part-time, averaging approximately 10-20 hours per week. Work is generally scheduled in full-day, eight-hour shifts, such as 6:30 AM-2:30 PM or 7:30 AM-3:30 PM. Our regular schedule is Monday through Thursday, with Fridays scheduled as needed. Hours may increase as you progress through training and demonstrate reliability, quality, efficiency, and readiness. There is an opportunity to grow into full-time employment and greater leadership responsibility as positions become available, but hours and advancement are not guaranteed. Pay and Advancement Starting pay is $18 per hour. We conduct periodic performance check-ins, with opportunities for performance-based pay increases within or following the first 90 days. Pay increases and advancement are based on attendance, punctuality, reliability, communication, cleaning quality, efficiency, training progress, and overall performance.
