Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming as needed. Conduct janitorial and custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness in commercial facilities. Assist with industrial cleaning projects as required, adhering to safety protocols. Provide maintenance support by identifying and reporting any issues with facilities or equipment. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles is preferred but not required. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation. Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards and practices. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to perform buffing and other specialized cleaning tasks. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills for interacting with team members.
