Seeking to hire part time morning cleaning tech for retail and office locations in

Bend, Oregon Days:

Sun/ Tues/Wed/Thursday retail store (4x week) 8 am-11am

Days:

Sun office (1x week) any time either before retail store or after on sundays Must have some experience, reliable transportaion, follow instructions. Self starter. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial or residential spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal Utilize specialized cleaning equipment such as buffers and floor polishers to maintain high standards of cleanliness and floor care Conduct custodial tasks like restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting to ensure hygiene compliance Assist with light maintenance duties, including minor repairs or reporting larger issues to facilities management Follow established safety protocols and cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and restock materials as needed to ensure operational efficiency Support industrial or commercial cleaning projects that require attention to detail and adherence to quality standards Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on commercial or industrial environments Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or equipment operation Ability to work early mornings consistently and independently in a fast-paced setting Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks involving standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift Prior experience in residential painting or porter roles is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication keeps spaces shining bright!
