WAGE RANGE

1STPULL DATE- APRIL 3, 2026 JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the daily cleaning and minor maintenance needs of the hotel's public areas, including restrooms, hallways, lobby, and pool area. Conducts daily room checks, ensuring that minor maintenance repairs are addressed and appropriately coordinating with Utility Maintenance needs.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
: Ensure customer satisfaction and return patronage through prompt, efficient, and friendly service. Exhibits WRC service standards at all times - sincere greeting, eye contact, smile, proximity rules, uniform standards, anticipating guest needs, etc. Promotes and adheres to safety rules and regulations at all times, to protect guests and employees from injury, risks, or hazards. Promptly removes hazards and reports safety concerns to Supervisor. Responsible for conducting a daily room check to ensure room furnishings are in proper working order, including light switches, bulbs, drains, lamps, bed frames, TV and remote, etc. Promptly report utility maintenance needs and communicate with hotel staff. Maintain an attractive appearance of the front lobby, pool areas, and hallways, ensuring all areas are clean, and neat and present a safe environment at all times. Monitor the public restrooms for maintenance needs, cleaning and replenishing supplies as needed. Monitor the basement break room coffee bar. Keeps inventory for all coffee needs. Performs daily maintenance needs - vacuuming carpeted areas, emptying ashtrays and trash, dusting, cleaning walls and windows, sweeping and mopping in the pool area, and sanitizing pool furniture. Schedules and performs deep cleaning needs - shampooing of carpet and furniture, floor stripping/waxing, etc. Monitor inventory and supplies and promptly notify the Utility Maintenance supervisor of procurement needs. Report any damages, lost and found items, and/or unusual occurrences immediately. Assist housekeeping with stripping beds, garbage collection, cleaning rooms, and stocking housekeeping supply rooms. Assist in other areas as needed - laundry, room attendant, RV park, etc. Comply with regulatory laws, PP&P, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc. Ensure that the operation of equipment, tools, and materials is handled safely. Promote internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior. Other related duties as assigned.PROMOTE WRC QUALITY SERVICE STANDARDS

: Six (6) months of custodial maintenance or hotel housekeeping experience. Customer service experience. High School Diploma or GED or ten years' experience. Self-starter initiative and ability to work without constant supervision. Experience with cleaning procedures, equipment, and materials. Need to Bend, stand, and/or walk for long periods; perform repetitive motions with back, and legs, lift and maneuver 50lbs and work with various chemicals. Effective communication skills - verbally provide instruction, respond to questions, and follow written directions in English. Flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays, and all shifts. Exhibits a professional demeanor through appearance and by maintaining a positive attitude toward all employees and guests. Requires a criminal history clearance check.
