Growth Starting Pay:

$22.00-$23.50 per hour , depending on qualifications and experience.

Overtime Pay:

Time and a half for hours worked over 40 per week.

Early Raises:

Pay increases may be considered within the first few weeks based on performance, reliability, and progress during training.

What You'll Be Doing As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you'll travel to residential and commercial properties throughout the area, providing professional cleaning services while representing Universal Shine.

Responsibilities include:

Professional carpet and upholstery cleaning. Operating truck-mounted carpet cleaning machines and other professional equipment. Performing carpet spot and stain treatments. Assisting with carpet stretching, repairs, and other specialty services as trained. Inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining equipment. Performing basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance. Keeping company vehicles clean, organized, and stocked. Providing friendly, professional customer service. Communicating with customers, property managers, and team members. Assisting with other company cleaning services as needed. Following company safety procedures and quality standards. Don't worry if you've never operated professional carpet cleaning equipment before. We'll provide the training and guidance needed to get you started! Mechanically Inclined? That's a Plus! We're especially interested in someone who enjoys working with tools, equipment, or figuring out how things work. Our technicians operate professional truck-mounted cleaning machines, so basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues are valuable skills. You do not need to be a mechanic! Being comfortable with tools, having a hands-on mindset, and being willing to learn are what we're looking for. Mechanical experience is preferred, but not required. What We're Looking For Reliability is one of our biggest priorities! We're looking for someone who takes their job seriously, shows up on time, communicates well, and takes pride in doing great work.

Our ideal candidate:

Has a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Has reliable transportation to and from work. Is dependable, punctual, and committed to good attendance. Is interested in long-term employment and growing
