Qualifications:

Must Drive Ability to work independently and self-motivate to complete nightly service and contract specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Knowledge of SDS books and proper chemical labeling. Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and lift equipment as needed. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors. Experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required. Ability to follow safety protocols and adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA and ADA. Willingness to attend training sessions and participate in team meetings.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Complete assigned cleaning tasks promptly and efficiently, ensuring high industry standards. Communicate with supervisors regarding any issues or problems that arise. Maintain janitorial closets in a neat, organized, and safe condition, including proper chemical labeling. Follow and complete janitorial assignments and checklists for each contract. Perform daily cleaning duties and routine quality assurance inspections. Monitor supplies and equipment to ensure proper usage and maintenance. Fill in for other janitorial staff as needed to ensure coverage and service continuity. Assist with training and supporting team members in proper cleaning techniques. Ensure site security by locking doors and disarming/arming alarms correctly. Complete monthly quality assurance reports and daily spot inspections. Support management in minimizing overtime and temporary labor needs. Communicate effectively with customers and team members via log entries and direct contact. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Perform other related tasks as assigned to support the team and facility operations. Why Work for
