Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Residential Cleaner to join our team and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our clients' homes. Must have two years experience in residential cleaning Two weekends a month required Must have drivers license, car insurance and own vehicle Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure all surfaces are hygienic and safe for residents Use cleaning equipment and detergents effectively to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, windows, and appliances Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and other household items to maintain a pristine appearance Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and buffing to keep floors in excellent condition Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely while adhering to proper techniques Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness of cleaning tools and supplies while managing time efficiently to complete tasks promptly Follow health and safety guidelines during outdoor work or when handling cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred; janitorial or custodial experience is a plus Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and proper handling of cleaning supplies Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely when necessary Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs Ability to perform outdoor work when required while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Prior experience in residential housekeeping or similar roles demonstrates reliability and attention to detail Join us in delivering top-tier residential cleaning services that transform homes into pristine sanctuaries!
