Industry Certifications:

Almost no one in the North Coast market holds professional cleaner credentials. We will pay you to earn nationally recognized certifications like a Certified Vacation Rental Housekeeper through the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA). Are you ready to join a team that does things differently? This is the perfect position for a positive, drug-free, smoke-free, detail-oriented professional who can pass a background check and is available several days a week during our turnaround window of 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You'll handle the cleaning and then "stage" the home so it looks like as it should when the guest walks in. You'll also spot the little things, like a burnt-out lightbulb or a left-behind item, so nothing slips through the cracks. Every single home is inspected afterward by the housekeeping supervisor giving us a built-in feedback loop so we can continuously improve together as a team. All of our homes are rated 5-stars by guests and our owners are thrilled. Now, we are looking for the right cleaners to partner with us as we strive to be the most hospitable vacation rental company on the North Coast! Important details Cleaning supplies, equipment, uniforms will be provided Our homes are in Seaside. We are expanding into Cannon Beach, Gearhart, and Warrenton. 2026 will be busy but 2027 will be SUPER busy (and amazing).

Physical Stamina & Strength:

Ability to perform continuous physical activity, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching. Must be able to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50-60 lbs. regularly (such as heavy laundry bags, trash, and cleaning equipment). Character matters most to us. Experience makes the job easier, but it isn't required. We can easily train you to be an excellent cleaner but what we can't train is a great attitude, reliability, and an eye for detail. If you have the right mindset, we'll teach you the rest.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
