Sewickley Clean is a detail-oriented residential cleaning company focused on providing consistent, high-quality service in our clients' homes. We are looking for a dependable, hard-working team member who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a structured, team-based environment. This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the owner as one of the first core hires in a growing local business. Training is hands-on and completed side-by-side with the owner until you are fully confident in our systems and standards. The ideal long-term goal for this position is to grow into a team lead and eventually assist with training future employees. This is not casual cleaning. We follow detailed systems and step-by-step processes to ensure every home is cleaned thoroughly and consistently. Paid training is provided, and we are willing to train the right person — attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn are more important than previous experience.

Responsibilities Include:

Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms Dusting furniture, fixtures, and surfaces Cleaning mirrors, showers, tubs, sinks, and toilets Detailed cleaning throughout residential homes Following company cleaning systems and procedures Working efficiently while maintaining quality standards

Schedule:

Monday-Friday No nights, No weekends required Work performed between 8:30AM-5:00PM Flexible scheduling available within those hours

Compensation & Perks:

Paid on-site training starts at $15/hour Wage increases available based on performance, skill, reliability, and leadership Team lead and trainer opportunities available for experienced employees

Tips Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
