What they do

A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

Pinnacle provides cleaning services for automotive companies, banks, medical and dental facilities, corporate office buildings, schools, apartment turnovers, churches, industrial facilities, salons, and more. Duties (include but are not limited to): Clean windows and mirrors Empty trash and recycling and replace Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors using liners professional janitorial equipment Follow safety regulations Clean and disinfect surfaces Perform additional duties as assigned Clean, disinfect, and stock restrooms by the supervisor Organize the janitor closet and report inventory to the supervisor
Qualifications:
Previous experience is preferred, but not required Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods of time Must be able to keep information confidential, as we work with financial and medical industry clients who handle sensitive data Must be prompt and professional Must have reliable transportation to reach client locations on time
Compensation:
Agreed upon hire, depending on experience, starting between $11 - $14 per hour.
Benefits:
No benefits or paid time off for part-time employees. Full-time employees are eligible for paid holidays, dental insurance, vision insurance, SIMPLE IRApaid vacation after 1 full year of service. Having your own vehicle and driver's license is highly prefferred for this job. Applicants with both receive priority when hiring.
