A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Responsibilities:
Clean and detail semi-trucks, applying cleaning chemicals to interiors. Vacuum and wipe down all interior surfaces, disposing of trash left in the cab. Support Shop Manager objectives by performing tasks such as garbage disposal, floor sweeping, and maintaining a clean work area. Safely execute assigned duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in detailing semi tractors or cars preferred. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer skills. Capable of meeting physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 50+ lbs., bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods. Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred. Successful completion of pre-employment background check and motor vehicle record check, with no DUI or Drug Convictions in the last five years. Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding verbal instructions in English. Due to the collaborative nature of the work environment, the spontaneous need for idea generation and execution, and the potential for expedited remediations, responses, or information gathering, in-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position.
