Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Person to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment Operate floor buffers, vacuums, mops, and other custodial tools to ensure optimal floor care and sanitation Handle chemical agents safely by following proper chemical handling safety procedures and safety protocol adherence Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely during the movement of cleaning supplies, furniture, or equipment in accordance with safe lifting practices Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring restrooms are hygienic at all times Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting issues requiring professional attention Support residential painting or light maintenance projects as needed to ensure overall facility upkeep Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning procedures Skilled in the use of cleaning equipment including floor buffers, vacuums, and other custodial tools Knowledge of chemical agent handling safety procedures and sanitation best practices Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while maintaining safety protocol adherence Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors when necessary Experience in custodial work or facilities maintenance is preferred Familiarity with residential painting or porter experience is a plus for versatile support roles Join our team to help create a pristine environment that promotes health, safety, and comfort.
